These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Budgy app and this website, operated by TRIERIA BRASIL LTDA. By creating an account or using Budgy, you accept these terms.
Purpose of the service
Budgy is a personal finance-organization tool: it lets you bring together your accounts, cards, budgets, goals, and investments, import transactions, and see your financial situation in one place.
Budgy is not financial advice
Budgy is a financial organization and information tool. It does not constitute financial, investment, accounting, legal, or tax advice. Features that compare options — for example, the advisor that compares paying upfront, in installments, or waiting — are informational aids based on the data you enter, not professional recommendations. Financial decisions are yours; when in doubt, consult a licensed professional.
Your account and your responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity on your account. You must provide truthful information and keep it up to date, and notify us of any unauthorized use.
Plans, pricing, renewal, and cancellation
During the beta, Budgy is free and there are no charges. When paid plans are enabled we will publish here the prices, how they renew, how to cancel and under what conditions money is refunded, and we will tell you before any of it applies. You will never be charged without accepting.
Beta stage
Budgy is in beta. The service may change, add or remove features, or experience interruptions. We do our best to ensure continuity and quality, but the service is provided as available.
Intellectual property
Budgy, its brand, its software, and its content are owned by TRIERIA BRASIL LTDA or its licensors. The data you enter remains yours; you grant us only the license needed to operate the service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRIERIA BRASIL LTDA will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or decisions made based on the information the tool provides. Budgy does not carry out operations on your money: it does not move, transfer, or withdraw funds from your accounts.
Changes to the terms
We may update these Terms. We will publish the current version on this page, with its date. Continued use of the service means you accept the current terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by applicable law, and any dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of: Brazilian law. If you are a consumer, you may bring a claim before the courts of your own domicile, as guaranteed by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. For questions, write to us at support@budgy.online.
